Conruit is led by Prav, working closely with a small, senior recruitment team with deep experience placing technology talent.
Before we search, we want to understand the business, the team, the role and why someone great would want to join.
That context matters. It allows us to represent opportunities properly, approach the right people and make introductions with purpose.
We don’t believe recruitment should be about sending the most CVs or creating activity for the sake of it.
We’d rather have fewer, better conversations.
